Staff are selected by their qualifications and their suitability to be with very young children and their families.

Staff follow a training programme which is adjusted accordingly following their professional development review.

All staff are DBS checked and paediatric first aid trained . They promote effective health and hygiene routines.

All staff follow The Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

I have been working in the Early Years profession for over 30 years. In that time I have seen many changes, from the beginning of parents meeting in church halls for a catch up, to the amazing, sometimes challenging centres there are today.

I did my Level 3 qualification in childcare back in 1992 and have worked in many settings including inner city nurseries as well as small village preschools. I have found my experience has been learned from actually doing the job rather than reading about it. In 2017 I decided to update my childcare qualification and after 18 months of hard work and commitment I completed my childcare Foundation Degree, Level 5. Something I feel rather proud of.

I hold a level 3 in childcare, I started working in Coopersale Preschool over 25 years ago, then moved to Little Ark Preschool in Coopersale until it closed, I have worked at both Theydon Garnon Primary school and Epping Primary school as an SEN and LSA. I have also worked for Scribbles Day Nursery as a room leader.

I have now taken on the role of Manager at Scribbles Preschool Coopersale and look forward to welcoming all the new children and parents to this exciting Preschool .

I have been working in childcare since 2006 and I am working towards my level 5 lead practitioners foundation degree.

I have worked in many different childcare settings during this time and also experienced private nannying for different families.

I have been with scribbles since 2019 and find my work very fulfilling and rewarding.

I am currently the deputy manager at Scribbles Preschool Coopersale a role I find both challenging and rewarding.
